At least 365 U.S. service members have been wounded in the ongoing war with Iran, according to the latest data released by the Pentagon.
The figures, reported as the conflict enters its sixth week, indicate a steady rise in casualties as military operations continue across multiple fronts in the region.
The casualty data underscores the scale and intensity of the conflict, with U.S. forces sustaining injuries from missile, drone and combat-related incidents since the start of operations.
According to Pentagon figures, 247 of the wounded are from the U.S. Army, 63 from the Navy, 19 from the Marine Corps, and 36 from the Air Force.
The total number of U.S. personnel killed in the conflict currently stands at 13.
The figures come amid continued escalation in hostilities, including recent incidents involving the downing of U.S. military aircraft and intensified strikes across Iran and the wider region.

Most of the injuries reported are not classified as fatal, though officials have indicated that a number of personnel sustained serious wounds requiring medical evacuation and treatment.
The conflict, which began in late February 2026, has seen sustained exchanges involving airstrikes, missile attacks and drone warfare, contributing to the growing number of casualties.
The Pentagon data reflects cumulative figures since the beginning of the operation and may not include the most recent incidents under assessment.
