New Delhi, May 7, KNT: Renowned health activist Mohammad Momin Khan has extended support to Rohan Krishna for the upcoming Delhi Medical Council (DMC) elections scheduled to be held on May 31.

In a statement issued ahead of the polls, Dr Khan stressed the importance of transparent and ethical leadership within the medical fraternity and called upon doctors to unite in support of candidates advocating reform and accountability.

He said the medical community required stronger representation and protection of doctors’ professional rights.

“Doctors should come together to support leadership that represents transparency, accountability and meaningful change,” Dr Khan said.

Dr Rohan Krishna welcomed the endorsement and said he remained committed to building a more transparent and doctor-friendly DMC.

“Together, we can ensure better representation and a progressive future for every doctor,” he said.

The DMC elections are being closely watched within the medical fraternity, with candidates focusing on issues related to professional rights, institutional transparency and representation of doctors in regulatory matters. [KNT]
