All three bodies recovered from Tawi River in Jammu, LG Manoj Sinha expresses grief

Jammu, March 31, KNT: All three bodies of the boys who drowned in the Tawi River in the Nagrota area on the outskirts of Jammu have been recovered, officials said on Tuesday.

The incident occurred on March 29 at around 5 PM near Sainik School Nagrota, where the boys had drowned in the river.

The deceased have been identified as Sonam Dutt, Bavish Koul and Aditya Pandit.

The bodies were recovered by a joint team of Jammu and Kashmir Police and the National Disaster Response Force during a search operation, officials said.

Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha expressed grief over the deaths and conveyed condolences to the bereaved families. [KNT]
