
New Delhi, April 1, KNT: The Lalit Suri Hospitality School has announced the launch of a 10-day “Image & Life Skills Lab” aimed at enhancing confidence, communication and professional presence among young graduates and early-career professionals.
The Programme is designed to address growing industry demand for soft skills, which experts say are increasingly essential alongside technical qualifications in today’s competitive job market.
The initiative is significant as it reflects a broader shift in professional training, where communication, personality development and workplace readiness are becoming critical for employability.
According to the institution, the Programme will focus on areas such as professional etiquette, interpersonal skills and effective communication.

Participants will undergo interactive workshops, real-world simulations and expert-led sessions as part of the training.
Dean Anupam Mukherjee said the programme aims to equip participants with practical skills needed to succeed in professional environments.
“At a time when first impressions and communication play a critical role in professional success, this programme is designed to give young individuals a distinct edge,” he said.
He added that the initiative seeks to develop well-rounded individuals who are prepared to adapt and grow across diverse career paths.
Officials said the Programme is open to young professionals and graduates who are proficient in English or Hindi.
The course will run for 10 days, with enrolment open until April 15 and the batch scheduled to commence on April 20.
The residential Programme fee has been set at Rs 45,000 per participant, while the non-residential option costs Rs 32,000.
The Lalit Suri Hospitality School said it continues to emphasize holistic development through industry-integrated training and collaborations with experts from the hospitality sector.
The institution also claims to provide placement support to its undergraduate students as part of its broader education framework.
