Power Shutdown by KPDCL

Srinagar, Feb 26, KNT: Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL has informed that Shutdown of 33 kV Karan Nagar line will be observed due to which power supply to Chattabal, Balgarden, Zaldagar, Civil Secretariat, Gole Market, Guru Bazar, Tankipora, Shaheed Gunj and adjoining areas will be affected on 01 March 2026 from 08 AM to 02 PM.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 kV Budgam SIDCO Tapline will be observed due to which power supply to Housing Colony, NIFT and adjoining areas will be affected on 03 March 2026 from 08 AM to 02 PM.

Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV Nagam Hafroo Tap line will be observed due to which power supply to Hafroo, Buzgo, Gogipathri, Ladden, Brinjin, Shopora, Loolipora, Naharpora, Watkaloo and adjoining areas will be affected on 28 February and 03 March 2026 from 08 AM to 02 PM.

Furthermore, shutdown of  Tapline of 33 kV Tral 1st line from Nowdal will be observed due to which power supply to Tral-i-Payeen, Devar, Pinglish, Chewa, Kahlil, Tral Bala, Bajwani and adjoining areas will be affected on 28 February 2028 from 08 AM to 02 PM.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 kV Pampore SIDCO line will be observed due to which power supply to IE Khrew & Cement Plants, Wuyan, P-II, P-I, IE Wuyan, Namblabal, Drangbal, Khadermoh and adjoining areas will be affected on 01 March 2026 from 08 AM to 02 PM. [KNT]
