
Srinagar, Feb 27, KNT: Former India captain Sourav Ganguly lauded the Jammu and Kashmir cricket team for its Ranji Trophy success, saying the side has shown “what effort and intent can do” and made the entire region proud.
In a post on social media, Ganguly said that a tough environment produces tough people and praised the team for its remarkable journey. He made special mention of Aqib Nabi, stating that the young cricketer is on his way to national colours.
The former BCCI president suggested that England would be an ideal place for the youngster to begin his journey at the highest level during the upcoming summer.
