High Court Reconstitutes Court Management Systems Committee

Jammu, Feb 16, KNT: The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has reconstituted the Court Management Systems Committee in compliance with directions of the National Court Management Systems Committee.

According to an order issued from the office of the Registrar General at Jammu on February 16, 2026, the reconstitution has been carried out pursuant to communication from the National Court Management Systems Committee, Supreme Court of India. The new committee supersedes the earlier High Court order dated November 29, 2025, in so far as it pertains to the Court Management Systems Committee.

As per the order, Mr. Justice Sanjeev Kumar, Mrs. Justice Sindhu Sharma, Mr. Justice Rajnesh Oswal and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Parihar have been nominated as members of the committee.

Other members include the Advocate General, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Principal Secretaries of Revenue, Home, Finance and Public Works Departments, and the Commissioner Secretary of the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs. The corresponding heads of departments in the Union Territory of Ladakh have also been nominated.

Registrar Vigilance of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has been designated as the Member Secretary and Presenting Officer of the committee. The Chief Secretary of the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh shall be invited as Special Invitee whenever required.
