Khurshid Shah Takes Charge as JKLCMA Vice Chairman

Srinagar, May 4, KNT: Khurshid Ahmad Shah, a JKAS officer, on Monday took charge as Vice Chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Lakes Conservation and Management Authority (JKLCMA) at its Dockyard Office in Nishat, Srinagar.

Soon after assuming office, Shah convened an introductory meeting with officers of the Authority to assess ongoing work and set priorities.

Officials said the meeting was attended by all officers of JKLCMA, where the new Vice Chairman reviewed the functioning of the Authority and discussed key areas of focus.

Prior to his new assignment, Shah was serving as Mission Director of the Jal Jeevan Mission in Jammu and Kashmir. [KNT]
