Srinagar, Feb 28, KNT: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday announced a cash award of ₹2 crore for the Jammu and Kashmir Ranji Trophy team in recognition of their historic title triumph against Karnataka.
In a message shared on social media platform X, the Chief Minister congratulated the players and support staff, lauding their commanding performance on Karnataka’s home turf. He described the victory as a defining chapter in the cricketing journey of Jammu and Kashmir, stating that the achievement had brought immense pride to the Union Territory.
