FIR Filed in Doda Over Controversial Posters, Investigation Underway

Doda, April 28, KNT: Police in Doda district of Jammu have registered a case and launched an investigation after a video showing controversial posters with “pro-Pak” slogans surfaced on social media, police said on Tuesday.

The posters were reportedly found near an under-construction road in the area, triggering concern and prompting police action after the video went viral online.

Deputy Superintendent of Police (Headquarters), Doda, confirmed that a First Information Report (FIR) has been registered in connection with the incident. He said efforts are underway to identify the individuals responsible for putting up the posters.

Police said the matter is being treated seriously, with teams examining the location and reviewing available inputs to trace those involved. Officials added that maintaining public order and preventing any disturbance remains a priority.

The viral clip, which circulated widely across social media platforms, drew attention due to the nature of the slogans and imagery displayed on the posters.
