 Woman Killed as Scorpio Collides With Tata Mobile in Kangan

Ganderbal, Aug 20, KNT: A 45-year-old woman was killed after a Scorpio collided with a Tata Mobile on the link road at Akhal in Kangan area of Ganderbal district on Thursday.

The woman, identified as Naseema Begum, wife of Nazir Ahmad Ahanger of Akhal, Kangan, was travelling as a passenger in the Tata Mobile when the two vehicles collided.

She sustained critical injuries in the crash and was immediately shifted to Sub-District Hospital Kangan. However, doctors declared her brought dead on arrival.

Police have seized both the vehicles and registered a formal case. [KNT]
