Srinagar: Piruz Areez Khambatta, Chairman of the Rasna Group and Founder Trustee of the Areez Khambatta Benevolent Trust and Rasna Foundation, on Tuesday launched his book “Ashoi: The Zoroastrian Art of Success and Immortality” and unveiled an entrepreneurial fund aimed at promoting enterprise and leadership among youth.

The event was held at the The Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai in the presence of Union Minister Kiren Rijiju and several members of the Parsi community, civil society and business sector.

The book presents 51 principles derived from Zoroastrian philosophy, focusing on ethics, leadership, discipline, family values and business practices. Khambatta said the work attempts to bring ancient Zoroastrian teachings into a modern context and make them relevant beyond the Parsi community.

“This is not merely a religious book, but a practical guide to becoming a better individual and contributing positively to society and nation-building,” he said.

Alongside the launch, an entrepreneurial fund was introduced in partnership with the World Zarathushti Chamber of Commerce to support startups and enterprise development among young entrepreneurs through mentorship, strategic guidance and financial assistance.

Organizers said the initiative aims to encourage talented youth, including overseas Parsis willing to return to India, to establish enterprises domestically in line with the vision of “Viksit Bharat 2047.”

The event was organized by the Areez Khambatta Benevolent Trust and Rasna Foundation as part of their educational and social outreach initiatives.
