New Delhi, June 6, KNT: Prominent Ladakh-based environmental activist Sonam Wangchuk on Saturday joined the protest organized by the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi, lending support to demonstrators demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over alleged irregularities in the NEET examination process.

Wangchuk’s arrival at the protest site added visibility to the demonstration, which has attracted students, youth activists and supporters from different parts of the country.

The Cockroach Janata Party, led by social media activist Abhijeet Dipke, has emerged as a prominent youth-led movement highlighting concerns related to examination controversies, recruitment issues and educational reforms.

Protesters at Jantar Mantar accused authorities of failing to address allegations surrounding competitive examinations and called for greater transparency and accountability in the education sector.
